  Looking for someone who knows how to work on a Samsung smart washing machine. It's one of the washers that were recalled for not spinning out. It washes fine but during the spin cycle it goes off balance and shakes violently until the whole cycle starts over. Samsung sent a Dish Network tech out here to fix it lol needless to say it's not fixed and I will never buy anything from Samsung again. I don't want to do the repair till after Christmas but just looking for ideas on who can do it. The washer is 4 years old. TIA!
