  Lana Carmona at Hair Loft. She is truly a colorist artist. Has done mine since I moved to town 4 years ago. Took me beautifully from dyed brown, to my natural silver. I didn't like it, so she took me back to highlighted brown. She is an awesome artist, and the shop as a whole is a great, fun place to go. Always make me feel like family.
