  Looking for recommendations for bakeries that can do a gluten free/dairy free pie. We are choosing to do a pie over a cake for our wedding and I am having a hard time finding a place who can do a gf/df pie. My fiancé doesn't like fruit pies (like apple, cherry, etc) and his favorite is banana cream pie. This narrows our choices even further. Our wedding is May 26 in Maple Valley. Being the absolute over-achieving father that I am, I need to do my best to make this happen.
