  I am getting ready to have some work done by Stuart Colvin of CGC Builders. 301-490-9171. He did our home inspection for the house we are purchasing and found a lot of items that would have been missed. Nearly $20 k in things that need repaired before we can close. He is not doing those repairs but is going to do some other work for us on the house.
