  Looking for some help- we bought our home in August. Should have known there was a reason it didn’t sell in the spring... the entire driveway into the garage floods. Making it almost impossible to get into the house without walking through a foot of water. In general we have found that the sellers didn’t really take very good care of house. Any suggestions on where to start? I would imagine it’s not as simple as a general contractor.
