  Hi. Can anyone recommend someone who can get rid of some old/rotten floorboards and lay new ones? Not talking about tongue and groove flooring, but proper floorboards that lay on the joists. I only have one room that needs doing right now, but there will be more in the future. Would like to keep the work on the island if at all possible, so if you know of anyone local that would do a good job, please let me know.... Thanks

  We have a great carpenter Steve. His name is John. ‭07963 508679‬. Found him on a checkatrade, never looked back! He’s at ours on the 8 th and 9 th of Feb. He is a real perfectionist, old school!
