  Macon Road Landscape- Richie Davis - (901) 758-2102 Richie just did this very thing less than 2 years ago. I had some trees cut down and raised. My yard showed erosion, tree roots and a steep 3-4 ft sloop to the street. Basically regraded the yard, reduced the slope so easier to push mower cut and laid some zoysia that requires less sun. Yard looks great and I get tons of compliments. Just be ready for high water bill because you have to water regularly new sod until it takes root. Richie & I go way back working with Young Life kids at Gtown & Houston for 10 yrs so trustworthy guy
