  Can anyone recommend a good attorney. My daughter, myself and unborn child was in a car accident in September 2013. I have tried my best to settle with this insurance company a commercial truck hit us, and totaled my car, they are giving me the hardest time to even pay the hospital bills...its ridiculous. I was not going to get an attorney but looking like I have to. Anyone recommend a good one? I see bad bad reviews with Lerner and Rowe so I would like to stay away from them if possible.   I used Matt Lopez in Tempe few years ago when a drunk driver hit me. I was happy with him. 602-980-1987 I hope you get it resolved wherever you are. It also depends on your adjuster. My husband had to request a new adjuster one time because they were so incompetent. Also I would advise against asking your insurance company for a lawyer recommendation. They are looking at getting the claim closed quick and for the smallest payout.
