My fiancee and I are getting married in Glen Ridge, NJ. Her side of the family is Jewish, and we have a Kosher caterer catering the wedding already. There's going to be no meat, so no need to have someone that can do parve (I think that means having non-dairy food, which doesn't matter in our case). My fiancee does want to try to have an icebox cake for the wedding. The venue has huge freezers so keeping it cool isn't a worry. Does anyone know of a kosher baker that migth be able to pull this off for a 120 people or so? Any recs are welcome, and thanks in advance!
