Recommendations for a kosher bakery that can do an ice box cake? Your sub has been wonderful helping out with my wedding planning, so I'm reaching out to you guys again. My fiancee and I are getting married in Glen Ridge, NJ. Her side of the family is Jewish, and we have a Kosher caterer catering the wedding already. There's going to be no meat, so no need to have someone that can do parve (I think that means having non-dairy food, which doesn't matter in our case). My fiancee does want to try to have an icebox cake for the wedding. The venue has huge freezers so keeping it cool isn't a worry. Does anyone know of a kosher baker that migth be able to pull this off for a 120 people or so? Any recs are welcome, and thanks in advance!

There are probably many options in Bergen country. I've had good success with [Zadie's](http://www.zadiesbakeshop.com/) but I'm not sure they'll have what you're looking for.
