  pp. my heating has been broken since Thursday last week. We have boiler cover with Scottish power. I've waited in for 3 days in a row now and no engineer has shown up! Numerous phone calls to engery supplier and I just keep getting fobbed off! So I need an engineer. My hot water seems to work and when the hot water is in the radiators get hot. But it's not pumping water round them. Any advice or ideas and costs please? The boiler is a glow worm and was installed when the house was built in 1997. Thanks!
