I would like to have a company take care of everything such as finding tenants, dealing with tenant problems, taking payments, etc. Basically I want to be hands off as much as possible. Does anyone have a rental management company you would recommend? Or companies to stay away from? Also, does anyone know what percentage or fees these companies charge? This will be my first foray into renting my property out so any tips or advice will be very useful. Thank you!
