  Britt an I use Haf Hill Pest Control his name is Brian he comes every 3 months first time is like 105.00 for your initial spray and he will walk through and see what bugs you have the most then $45 for your normal spray his number is 330-788-9692. If you see any bugs during that three months call him he comes back out for free.
