Looking for a local food truck for our rehearsal dinner in April. I’ve researched local trucks and they all have a minimum around $800. We estimate about 40-50 people to attend. Was wondering if there were any smaller food trucks that don’t have the higher overhead costs that some larger trucks require, or maybe “start up” trucks trying to get their name out there and don’t require such a high minimum for our smaller group.
