  (540) 886-2021 This is the number to VK Properties. I used em when I lived in Staunton, and they're pretty decent. Affordable apartments, and can work deals. I don't know if they have anything available, but it's worth a shot. To give you an idea, I was paying roughly $350/month on a 12 mo lease for a 1-bed, 1 bath.
