  Cheapest for mobile I have found. Pay cash if you can he has that little square thing where you can pay credit card but it charges tax. I also use a lady that does it out of her house by the KFC/Taco Bell off Encanto. Her name is Brooke Furtastic Clips 1 (951) 201-1432. Brooke tends to butcher them because we don't brush and groom them as often as we should. But she's even cheaper. Kariann seems to take a little more time and doesn't cut them as short. Both are good and very nice though.
