Instead of ordering from a regular menu, at BRAZAVIVA, diners enjoy unlimited visits to the exquisite Gourmet Salad Bar, featuring fresh vegetables, mixed salads, imported cheeses, exquisite delis and delicious Brazilian side dishes.
After visiting the salad and sides area, guests control the flow of their meats with a green-red card placed at their table. Flipping the green side up, signals the gaucho carvers, to start the service. You will be presented with continuous skewers of mouth-watering, fire roasted beef, pork, lamb, chicken and sausage, all presented and sliced tableside by the carvers.
Hot traditional Brazilian side dishes: cheese bread, fried bananas and mashed potatoes will be served at your table to complement your meal.
If you are satisfied or need a break, flip the two- sided card to red. This indicates the gaucho carvers to stop bringing meats. To resume the service turn again the card to the green side.
You might want to finish your meal with a delightfull traditional Brazilian dessert like the creme de papaya, which is a papaya and vanilla ice-cream smoothie, drizzled with crème de cassis (a black-currant liqueur), or the mousse de maracujá (Passion Fruit), prepared with fresh passions fruits, sweetened condensed milk, and creme de leite.
These are desserts you're not going to find anywhere else.
