  Any recommendations for a veterinarian that approves of a vegan diet for dogs and practices a natural approach to health situations before recommendations for surgery. My 10y/o dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure at the ER a couple weeks ago. Their first recommendation is a pericardial tap and heart medication. I want to get him into a good vet.
