  We both have never had car damage before & my husbands car was hit while his car was parked in one of the parking structures downtown HB (no note left). Its pretty big hit right above the back tire--at first we weren't happy & thought it was a pretty big dent & just cosmetic, but it's not just cosmetic & when he hits a speed bump or any bump in the road it must rub his tire because it smells like burnt rubber. 1) First of all does anyone have any recommendations on where to get the dent fixed (I can take & post pictures later) 2) Also I will investigate it but is there any recourse/liability with the parking structure? I'm assuming you park at your own risk, but I will find out Thanks in advance for any help!!!
