  That's bullshit. I've had a lot of problems with them and I've been here less than a month. I've been applying the pressure HARD though and things are finally getting done. Here is the office managers info, contact her directly. Your situation is an emergency and should be handled immediately. If they continue to ignore you contact an AC person directly and refuse to pay it in your rent. Like I said, this is a legal obligation. It is supposed to be like 97 degrees today. Unacceptable.
