UNTIL.....we received a text today stating "due to the increase overhead cost, we are implementing a $10 to $40 price increase depending on your price point and size of pup". Like what?! First of all, we pay $120 per month to have our dog groomed with this company, which is already high. I get inflation, but there is no way that prices need to increase by 33% to groom a pet. I mean come on! Charge me a gas surcharge if you need too but 33%?! When we called to speak to the owner to inquire on how much it would now cost us and to give some feedback on the communication that was sent out, she was short, uninterested and said "you're appointment has been cancelled and hung up." Needless to say, we will not be using this company again. So folks, good luck figuring out how much your grooming price just increased. SMH
