The foundation of our teaching practice consists of postural assessments and corrective exercise techniques using The Pilates Method and one-on-one personalized training. It is then built upon a variety of group classes offered throughout the day, seven days a week, both indoors and on our expansive outdoor terrace. Ranging from TRX and HIIT to Yoga and Dance Fusion (imagine Beyonce teaching a toning class), each one is designed to be fun and effective at building strength, endurance, flexibility and performance, while promoting healthy weight and body-size goals.
Post-workout, linger in your private vanity lounge and pamper those hard-working muscles with a soothing rain shower and luxe body care products. Then unwind on our zen garden patio with a healthy bite or fresh cold pressed juice and take in the view. Ahhhh
