How useless is Skyband!!! Slow speed specially when the night rider kicks in....useless service....they love giving ticket numbers and yet nothing is done.Couple of weeks ago they had a launch of their 4G service....Really??....looks like it is 2G!!! Recommendations for a more reliable ISP.

i had been facing the same problems and my business depends entirely depends on the net and their speed and service were so irritating that i had to give up and switched to Access and eventually to TNM and i am really happy with TNM service. i have been using Airtel for the fon and thats been good too. but Skyband, Globe internet and Access are having some issues

Running out of credit without your notice us very common with airtel, tnm and skyband. You name it. All are same. Even if you go to their office and complain, you get only one answer. Cookies are running in background. Except, this no other answer they will have. This is the way, all internet service providers make money. They earn less on air time and make more on data.

Very true. I agree! Terrible network and the worst customer service with the most rude employees. Pathetic for the price we pay. I guess its Good bye to skyband and time to try out tnm 👍

I think quality and speed also depends on which area you are in. Skyband has been good in Nyambadwe and Ginnery corner

Skyband quality and speed as well as the twits manning the call centers are useless. I use Skyband at work which is centrally located and the speed is very slow I have been complaining for weeks but nothing has been done.
