  Does anyone know how to do a total recall of the BDSA/BDCA BOD's? I believe we only need signatures of 5% of the BDSA members. I believe that would put a hold on this issue until we can get all of the HOA's inside the gates to jump on Board. What is being proposed is totally wrong.
