  Hello neighbors! My husband and I are looking to repaint our house. The house is 3500 sq ft roughly and is 3 stories. In the attached picture we would like to have the old weathered boards removed and replaced horizontally like the rest of the house! Does anyone have recommendations or is anyone licensed and bonded in this field? We are not sure if scaffolding will be required or if it will just require tall extension ladders. Thank you in advance for all your help! Can post additional pictures if needed.

  Helen, I would recommend using Hardi Board lap siding, it paints well and does not rot and the paint last a long time on it! You can contact the company I work for, Gaspar's Construction. We have a Handyman division with skilled tradesmen that would be perfect for this sort of project. I am a Project Lead for the Construction side of the company. Look us up at Gaspars.com, we are not just kitchen and bathroom experts as it says in the attachment.
