  Recommendation please... I need to have a very quick chat with a lawyer that specialises in competition law, to work out whether there is grounds to submit a complaint to the Competition & Markets Authority. Although the initial conversation will be a quick brain pick, it will be with a view to appointing a lawyer if there is a case. No point in wasting time if there isn't one though! Recommendations for any specialist lawyers please...? I am based in Gloucestershire, but for this type of work, location isn't particularly relevant!

  Who is the best solicitor to use for an option to buy. Its for a plot subject to planning, its a pretty big plot (15 houses) with a commercial building on it. Ive agreed terms and just need the paperwork done and the interest registered etc. I don't want to use people I have used before for this type of thing, for a few reasons, so looking for someone fresh but excellent!
