Can anyone recommend a company who can help with incorporation in Ireland? Hi /r/startup,
Good morning. I am looking to re-incorporate one of my existing companies in Ireland. If you have done this, or know anyone who has, can you recommend an agency or broker who can set this up for me, and whose services are good. There are many brokers I can find online, but I would much rather go with some recommended agency.
Also, if you can recommend a good bank in Ireland, that would also be helpful. I am looking to hold balance in USD and looking for low cost international wire transfers.
Thanks in advance for your time

I'd recommend speaking to an accountant, I use [BCK](http://bck.ie/) they're very helpful. They should be able to help with incorporation and setting up accounts, payroll etc. On the topic of banks, avoid AIB like the plague, I've heard Ulster or BOI are decent. Consider Fire for Business aswell, except they don't do direct debits (Revenue's preferred means of collection for VAT etc).
