About us

Little Northern Bakehouse started in 2014 with the belief that everyone should have the freedom to enjoy delicious food regardless of dietary restrictions. Our breads and buns are light in texture and have the consistency and feel of regular bread. They're also vegan--meaning free of allergens like egg and dairy. We source only non-GMO ingredients, add seeds and grains for a nutrition boost, and keep anything artificial off our ingredient list. Enjoy eating bread again!

https://www.facebook.com/578807712230537 Little Northern Bakehouse is the best bread. It actually tastes like bread, has a similar texture to bread with gluten in it, and toasts really well too. They have slices, rolls, and hot dog buns. Central Co-Op and Vegan Haven sell it.

B free. carried by Safeway in the freezer section. Schaar bread, Walmart, Whole Foods. Little Northern Bakehouse (my favorite) right now at grocery outlet until it is gone. their website says that Central Co-op in Seattle has them.
