  David G. wrote: A year ago I spent about 2 hours of misery at this ill run poor excuse for a business. They tried multiple screens to fix my iPhone 5 with no success. Of course they charged me in full upfront. When trying to get a refund the high school child who was managing the kiosk had to call the owner, Jonas Barrocas, to get authorization. After multiple phone calls, of which the owner refused to speak to me directly as he didn't have the time, they would only give me a partial refund and kept $20 for the child's time to attempt to fix my phone. My time was worth nothing. Buyer Beware. Go anywhere else to get your repairs taken care of.
