About us
Born and raised in Pasadena, CA, some of Katy’s favorite childhood memories included visits, round-ups, and holidays spent on the family ranch located just outside of Prescott, AZ. So, it is no surprise that after living in California, Scotland, and New Mexico, she found her way back to Prescott, and now proudly calls it home with her husband, a Prescott native with 18+ years experience in residential construction, and their 19-year old twin sons.
Prior to her move to Prescott, Katy earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Studies from New Mexico State University, and her Doctorate of Education in Leadership, Administration, and Policy from Pepperdine University. Throughout her college and post-graduate education, Katy held jobs in various customer service oriented fields ranging from restaurants to retail, and was a college instructor of a basic communication course.
Over the last few years, Katy McQuality and her husband started and have continued to grow a successful local business providing real estate related services that include real estate and aerial photography, small/handyman contracting jobs, and snow removal during and after winter storms.
In her free time, Katy enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys giving back to her community and exploring all the beauty that Arizona has to offer.
Passionate about her community and helping clients to find and purchase their next dream home, or purchase land to build their “forever” home, Katy is dedicated to providing her clients with the best possible real estate experience. Her awareness of the real estate market and network of resources, combined with her attention to detail and utilization of key marketing tools, enables Katy to assist each client with the utmost quality and care.
