  I have used [Floral Concepts](https://www.floralconcepts.net/) several times. They're in the 11000 block of Richmond Avenue and don't have much of a retail storefront. You can walk in and make an order but they don't have any or many pre-made things to see, so you need to have some idea about what you want. Also, as another reply points out, consider having flowers delivered before or after Val day.
