What is the best real estate firm (or person) in the Fairbanks region to use for selling smaller houses and properties? I went to one of the big guys, and was basically told my property was not a priority for them. Three people looked at it in two years.
I may try to sell on my own, but I have so much medical stuff going on right now that I can hardly handle my life as it is. I really need to start looking for new options, and unfortunately, that’s going to be out of the state.
Thanks for any advice you may be able to give.
Edit – a bit of extra information: my place is a semi-dry cabin on the Salcha River on 1.9 acres, just up river from the state park near the Richardson highway bridge. It’s a killer location for any outdoorsman, or anyone who likes to fish and boat. It also has a phenomenal wide open view of the Aurora just a few steps out the front door. I have put in the water system with 105 gallon tank, and haul water from “Jacobs well“ at the Salcha fairgrounds. I’ve also put a composting toilet in so I don’t have to make the trek to the out house anymore! The place has a great wood stove and a Toyo stove for back up heat that is hooked to a 500 gallon exterior tank. If anyone would like more details, please let me know.
