  OK everyone we really need some names of licensed handyman to do some small jobs in the next 2 weeks like repair a few shingles and flashing and fix a leaky drain and fix a kinked drain hose on a sump pump. These jobs are SO minor we could do them ourselves but our buyers won't accepted that. PLEASE we need someone so we can close and get our dream lake house!!!
