  I really liked John Becker at HB&O Funding 716-662-2944 ext 11, its a private mortgage loan company that isn't associated with a bank, he sat down with me for over 2 hours and looked at my whole financial picture, and really explained all the different options, how much they would cost, and what would be the best option for me. He gets paid by the mortgage company, you only pay him a $400 application fee when you are ready to purchase, but I think that $400 is money well spent for the time he spent with me answering all my questions and making sure I understood it all.
