  Looking for a licensed contractor for bathroom remodel. It’s a super small space (29 sq foot room). I need a closet removed, the toilet and vanity installed. And the floor has carpet that needs to be removed and tile put in its place. I’d love some recommendations. We got one estimate already, and it’s way beyond what we felt was within our budget.
