Hi folks, I’m looking for a tree surgeon that has the power to condemn a dying tree that can then later be removed subject to planning permission. Basically in Lehman’s terms, this tree has had it and is holding us up from getting a part of a building extended, but we need to prove that it’s had it before we can get it removed.
