  I recently searched for myself and compared many plans in ct and ended up with Connecticare because their pricing for my needs was less than others for equivalent benefits and a good network of docs. I see Harvard pilgrim is in the market now but haven 't looked at them yet. I used Kevin Connors at Connors agency to buy (860) 561-6191. I don't qualify for subsidies and did not find that access health showed me all my options for price and benefits -if you do not qualify for benefited I don't recommend that site. I purchased a plan about 10 days in advance of my coverage date and have been very happy with the plan and service.from CTCare.
