Monthly membership includes Direct Access to Dr Amy Cianciolo by text, phone, or email with same day or next day sick visits, yearly physicals, minor office procedures, flexible scheduling, no co-pays, and wholesale medications and labs.

-Children 0-19, $10/month with parent membership
-Adults age 20-44, $50/month
-Adults age 45-65, $75/month
-Adults age 65+, $100/month
Our aim is for you insurance to be still be used as it was originally intended - for those unpredictable circumstances and unforeseen serious illness.
Most patients will keep or find a lower cost insurance plan with higher deductable that compliments Direct Primary Care.
