  Carpet cleaner rental recommendations We're moving out of a rental house and our landlord has requested that we have the carpets steam cleaned. I have spare time and it seems silly to me to get a company to do it for $200+ when I could rent a machine for way less than half that. The carpets are in great condition, I regularly use a shampoo vac on them, so I don't think the job will require anything tricky apart from a solid clean. Anyone got any recommendations for rental places that offer good quality machines?
