  One loan type I like to recommend to first time home buyers is a USDA loan which is 0% down as long as you qualify. FHA is your next best with 3.5% down. I’m a Realtor and could recommend a few places for you if you need anything 😃 Feel free to message/call me if you need anything 724-554-7439 😃
