  Ye olde yew tree in Westbere. Just off Canterbury Rd opposite Star Academy. Beautiful village 14 th century pub. The Haywain in Bramling just past Wingham. Proper pub. The George and Dragon at Fordwich near the Sturry railway crossing. Overlooks River. All three excellent food. The first two only serves dinner lunchtime and need to book. The George serves all day but is busy up to 3.00 pm so if you want then need to book. We have been going to all three for 11 years and not disappointed.
