Paul D. asked:I'd like some help with a recommendation for an upscale dinner spot somewhere between about Encino and Westlake Village or Malibu that's not dead on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Background: my boss visits from Europe a few times per year and he likes nice places, but also likes somewhat busy places. We're always having dinner on Tue & Wed nights, so that limits our options. To make it more complicated, he doesn't like to have to drive far (from Westlake Vlg), so Studio City, Brentwood, etc. aren't good options. A few places I've taken him already, for reference: Mastro's, Onyx, Geoffrey's, Moonshadows, Fleming's, Larsen's, etc. The food is good in all those places, but only Mastro's and Geoffrey's seem to have many people mid-week.
