  I'm sure this question has been asked multiple times-who is the best internet service provider in town? My Charter had been regularly kicking every device in the house off, several times a day, all day. I pay sixty bucks a month for something completely unpredictable.

  that shouldn't happen, obviously. I've actually had some success calling Charter support and getting a live person who helped me. This is the number I've called: 855-757-7328. But first, turn off all your devices. Then turn off your router (and modem if it's a separate device). Turn the router back on, then the modem and wait few minutes. Then turn your devices back on. See if that helps
