  White tanks animal hospital and grooming. About 50$ each time for exam and the DHPP vaccine, unless other things are needed. Regardless of where you go just remember puppy vaccines should be given every 3 weeks until the 18-20 week range. (Was previously every 3 weeks until 16 weeks but a new study came out very recently suggesting the 18-20 week range) Their phone number is 623-537-5559
