Does anyone here have experience building locally with Schumaker Homes? Or any other builders that specialize in “build on your lot”? If yes, please share. Is there a better way than using Trulia to find lots for sale? Maybe a local exchange page where they might be listed when they are FSBO? Finally - if you’d be willing to share your personal experience with your elementary school (whichever it may be), ESPECIALLY if you have a child with ASD, I’d really appreciate it!
