Where would you recommend as a place to go in Europe for 5-6 days including Shabbos. We would prefer easy kosher food and a good place to stay for Shabbos with lots to see

Hi all!
I will be traveling to Prague and Rome with my husband. Does anyone know of kosher hotels and restaurants on those cities? Are the hotels and synagogues close to the city center so we can have a nice walk on Shabbat?
Thanks!
