  I would always use an independent financial adviser not one working out of an estate agent. You pay a fee for work but they are not limited to specific mortgage products or insurance and so give you best deal for you not which deals they get the most commission on. I used Tracey Bird for years from the Finance Shop 0844 8006 990 ext 829. They can give you her mobile don't want to post it. Free obviously to ask questions.
