  I have a problem this Wednesday , have given both cook and my man the same evening orf ( I think there may be something going on ). But one must eat and cook suggested a takeaway , whatever that is. Can any of you Facebook people suggest anyone who delivers? , would quite like veal cutlets en gelee ....happy to walk down drive to the lodge to collect, really wouldn't want any of these foreign chappies running around the place.

  As above Peter Evan Jones. I am sure I have explained to you before, your staffing issues are something for the Head Housekeeper and your Butler to organise. Cook really does need to have a hand in that awfully big kitchen of yours anyway. One really must deal with the issues of staffing in private. You do not want the likes of us reading your issues!
