  Xena S. wrote: We brought our dog in twice and had a horrible experience both times. The vet doesn't work well with animals or people and has an arrogant and condescending attitude. Charged us for a visit and then charged for another exam (which didn't happen) when I took the dog a few months later for a rabies shot (I called in advance & was assured shot charge only). Made a snarky comment about my dog when I pointed out the overcharge. Three follow-up calls to get promised refund (still haven't seen it) over the course of a month. I would avoid this vet at all costs.
