New and used firearms & Dura Coat refinishing
Transactions requiring FFL's
• All sales must go through an FFL.
• Please have your FFL dealer email a signed, legible copy to us when you mail your payment. We are required by law to have a copy of their FFL on file, and your dealer is responsible for emailing it to us at Smokybarrels@gmail.com.
• Make sure the FFL holder includes your name on the email
• We will include a copy of our FFL with the shipment to your FFL
Shipping
• We will ship handguns via USPS Priority mail, other items may vary
• Shipping rates and free shipping offers are for the contiguous 48 states. Additional fees for Alaska and Hawaii
• All shipments of firearms will be insured and tracking number will be provided
• Shipping insurance is INCLUDED in the shipping price stated
• Will not ship handguns/rifles/magazines to states that restrict listed item(s)
• It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the item purchased is legal in their area

Warranties/Returns
• New firearms carry the warranty from the manufacturer
• Used firearms are sold As Is
• You have a three day inspection period to return a firearm as long as it has not been fired, or defaced in any way. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
• Any firearm returned because you cannot... show more own that firearm in your state (or part thereof), buyer will be charged a restocking fee of 15%
• If for some reason you believe the item you received is not as we represented, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

• We strongly encourage you to contact us if you have any questions regarding an item you may wish to purchase. We want to make sure you have confidence in your purchase.
• Our products are also for sale locally.
• New gun listings may use stock photos. Serial numbers in pictures may not be the same as the gun shipped. Guns listed are NOT on display and remain in the factory packaging until shipped to your local dealer.
• All guns marked "Brand New" or "Factory New" come with all items included and shipped to us by the manufacturer, i.e box or case, manuals, locks, magazines, holsters....or anything else the manufacturer may include. We do not alter the contents.
