  Kristin M. wrote: We had a broken window that leads into our living room for which we trusted Mesa Glass, Inc., to properly fix. They came out the first time to take measurements of the window. The second time they came out to "fix" the window. We came to find out that the frame that frames the window had not been properly sealed on both sides of the glass, which would not allow us to locked the window, so we called them for a third time to come "fix" the window. Again, we came to find out that the frame was still not properly sealed on one side and we had to call them a fourth time to come fix the window. They charged us $345 for a service they had to come out 4 times to fix that they SPECIALIZE in! Not only did this put us out our time and effort in accommodating their lack of ability and availability, but the receptionist would not allow me to speak with the manager/owner. She was rude, thoughtless, and completely lacked empathy for our situation. She said she was handling the issue but never called us back or offered any compensation for the obvious disregard their employees had when it came to fixing our window. I will never use this company again or would recommend this company to anyone.
